To be successful in this event, you must join the training and battle other agents. Every battle you win gets you ISO-8 Shards. You can exchange these shards for items.

Combat Grades

Increase your Grade by collecting ISO-8 Shards. There are 5 Grades: Recruit, Cadet, Operative, Officer, and Commander. Grades are only valid during S.H.I.E.L.D. Combat Readiness Training. After S.H.I.E.L.D. Combat Readiness Training ends, Grades will be erased. You do not receive any extra rewards by rising in Grade.
